Return & Refund Policy

At EJS Keys, we sell digital software license keys delivered by email. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are considered final once the activation key has been sent.

Digital Product Delivery

After purchase, your order confirmation is sent by email, followed by a second email containing your software activation key. No physical product will be shipped.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:

  • The activation key was not delivered.
  • The activation key is proven to be invalid.
  • You received the wrong product key.
  • Our support team is unable to resolve an activation issue caused by the key.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The activation key has already been delivered and viewed.
  • You purchased the wrong product.
  • Your device does not meet the software requirements.
  • You changed your mind after receiving the key.
  • You no longer need the product.

If you experience an activation issue, please contact us before requesting a refund. We will review your order and provide assistance whenever possible.
